Since its inception Landmark has master planned and managed over 530 projects nationwide valued in excess of $6 billion including over 300 construction projects totaling in excess of $3 Billion. Over the past 38 years these relationships have resulted in the successful development of a National portfolio of Flagship Hotels with such respected brands as Hilton, Hyatt and Inter-continental to large mixed use commercial, residential and office projects. Our team provides a full service development platform including acquisitions and finance, development and construction supervision, asset management, property management and sales and marketing.
